Over the past 4 years on PZC, our commission has worked through several text amendment changes to better our regulations and promote business in Tolland within our small commercial corridor. We have also worked with more existing businesses to accommodate needed changes and approved more new growth in town than Tolland has had since the building of the Big Y Plaza.
